The following general terms and conditions apply to your order. The prices on the ILE 22 website do not include delivery and shipping costs. In addition to your order, you will find your invoice in our packages. These are payable within 14 days to the account specified in the invoice. Our prices do not include German statutory VAT. If we have agreed on a discount deduction before invoicing, you will find this shown in the invoice. The images on the ILE 22 website have been created with the greatest possible care. Nevertheless, there may be color deviations. We assume no liability for such color deviations and differences due to raw materials and production.

Shipping Information
We would also be happy to send you the ILE 22 pottery art of your choice to an address within Germany. For shipping outside of Germany please contact us. For your order, please enter the address to which we should send the package.

As a buyer, you bear the shipping costs, the amount of which depends on the package size of the respective package sender. The delivery times also depend on the respective package sender. We have no influence on this and assume no liability for it. If your ILE 22 pottery art has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately. Please send us a photo of the damage. We will find a solution!

We reserve the right to demand payment in advance from a certain amount of the total costs and for shipping outside of Germany. Please inform yourself about import duties for a respective customs area.
